Junior Counselor Program
Become a Counselor in Training for a dynamic, fun, and educational summer!
The St. James Junior Counselor Program provides older campers with hands-on leadership experience and an introduction to business operations.
In addition to supporting younger campers through their activities, participants gain valuable real-world skills through shadowing staff in areas like marketing, camp administration, and social media. Each Jr. Counselor is mentored throughout the week and completes a final project to showcase their learnings.
Counselors-in-training also take part in fun group challenges like scavenger hunts and special events.
