Learn to Skate Camp
Learn to Skate Camp at The St. James gives young skaters a fun, confidence-building introduction to the ice. Each day, campers spend dedicated time skating with expert instructors who guide them through fundamentals like balance, stride, stopping, gliding, and safe falling. As they progress, skaters explore beginner turns, edges, and simple routines designed to build coordination and control. With an emphasis on encouragement and discovery, the camp inspires kids to try new skills and grow at their own pace.
